On 12/10/2021, General Resolution No. 15/2021 (the “Resolution 15/2021”) of the General Inspectorate of Justice (the “IGJ”) was published in the Official Gazette, which raises the amount of the guarantee to be submitted by directors of corporations, managers of limited liability companies and representatives of companies incorporated abroad.
Resolution 15/2021 amends article 76 of Annex “A” of General Resolution No. 7/2015 and provides that the minimum amount – on an individual basis – goes from $10,000 to $300,000 and the maximum amount from $50,000 to $1,000,000 Argentine pesos, for each director or manager.
This Resolution 15/2021 shall enter into force 15 days after its publication, and shall apply to proceedings filed with the IGJ as from that date.
