On November 8, 2024, Resolution No. 60/2024 ( the “Resolution”) of the Agency for the Administration of State Assets was published, which amended Article 86 of the Regulations for the Management of National State Assets, reducing the terms of notice for public auctions to the duration of 2 consecutive days in the Official Gazette.
Regarding the minimum notice it is established:
– 20 calendar days for real estate with base price up to 25,000 modules ($40,000).
