On October 23, 2024, General Resolution 5587/2024 of the Customs Collection and Control Administration (“ARCA”) became effective. This regulation repealed General Resolution No. 4710/2020, together with any other provision that established precautionary reference values for exports.
Among the most significant changes, the reference values applied to lithium carbonate (N.C.M. 2836.91.00) are eliminated.
