Flexibility of the Public Offering Regime with Automatic Authorization for Medium- and Low-Impact Negotiable Obligations

On March 6, 2026, General Resolution No. 1117/2026 (the “Resolution”) of the National Securities Commission (the “CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic. Through this Resolution, participation is permitted—without limitation on the number or type of investor, including Non-Qualified Investors—in the primary placement and secondary trading of low- or medium-impact negotiable obligations issued by entities authorized under the General Regime that comply with the applicable information regime.

The Resolution entered into force on March 7, 2026.
