On April 10, 2025, through Resolution 449/2025 (the “Resolution”), the President of the Provincial Institute of Lottery and Casino called for bids for the operation of 7 casinos for a period of 20 years, extendable for one additional year.
The casinos are: Annex III Casino in Mar del Plata (Hotel Hermitage), Miramar, Tandil, Annex I in Mar del Plata (Hotel Sasso), Mar de Ajó, Sierra de la Ventana, and Necochea.
The purpose of the Resolution is to contract the supply and maintenance of Automated Electronic Gaming Machines, their Online Control, the remodeling, construction and/or transfer and enhancement of various Gaming Rooms, and a variety of complementary services and activities related to gaming.
Parties interested in participating in the tender may formally request the relevant documentation upon payment of the registration fee. Proposals may be submitted until 12:00 p.m. on July 8, 2025.
The Resolution came into effect on April 22, 2025.
