On November 25, 2024, the National Securities Commission (the “NSC”), opened a public consultation through General Resolution No. 1031/2024 (the “Resolution”), to regulate the public offering of financial trusts with automatic authorization.
The project proposes two simplified regimes:
Low impact:
- Issues of up to 1 million UVAs.
- It is not necessary to file a Prospectus or have prior authorization from the CNV.
Medium impact:
- Issues of up to 7 million UVAs.
- A Prospectus must be filed, although the CNV will not review or approve it.
These regimes only apply to trusts directed to qualified investors.
