Implementation of the Remote Procedures System for Requirements of the National Securities Commission

On July 23, 2025, the National Securities Commission (the “NSC”), through General Resolution 1077/2025 (the “Resolution”), formalized the use of the Remote Procedures System (“RPS”) as a means to manage information and documentation requests in the context of investigations or inspections.

Requests issued by the NSC may be sent by email to registered entities that have provided an email address, and responses must be submitted through the RPS.

For entities not regulated by the NSC, they may choose to submit documents via RPS; if they do not choose this option, notifications will be delivered in paper format, and documents must be filed at the NSC’s Filing Desk.

In the case of administrative proceedings, the use of the RPS will be optional for both the submission of documents and the receipt of notifications. In such cases, the user account on the platform will be considered an electronic special domicile. If this option is not chosen, notifications will be delivered in paper format.

The Resolution will enter into force on September 1, 2025.
