On March 1, 2024, the Argentine Ministry of Justice published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic Decree 209/2024 (the “Decree”) which amends Article 186 of the General Corporations Law 19,550 regarding the minimum capital stock required for the incorporation of corporations.
The minimum capital stock requirement increases from $100,000 to $30,000,000.
