On March 5, 2025, Decree No. 149/2025 (the “Decree”) was published, establishing that Collective Labor Agreements may not require mandatory contributions to chambers, associations, or employer groups from those who are not members or affiliates, unless they expressly consent.
Additionally, the regulation allows entities currently subject to these contributions to revoke their authorization through a simple, formal written notification to the corresponding entity.
This provision will come into force on June 3, 2025.
