Lautaro Facciuto

Lautaro Facciuto is an Argentine lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and currently serves as a Senior Associate at Estudio Canosa, where he has been part of the firm since 2022. His practice focuses on corporate law, fintech and digital asset regulation, cross-border transactions, and anti-money laundering compliance.

Lautaro regularly advises local and international companies operating in the fintech and crypto-asset industry, providing legal guidance on the Argentine regulatory framework applicable to virtual asset service providers (VASPs), corporate structuring, contractual matters, and regulatory compliance. He also represents clients in litigation matters and is admitted to practice before the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (CPACF) and the Bar Association of the Province of Buenos Aires.

He has been invited to contribute as an expert to the World Bank Group’s Business Ready (B-READY) 2026 report, providing input on the Argentine financial services regulatory environment, particularly in relation to commercial lending and the broader business regulatory framework. Lautaro also collaborates in the preparation of legal and regulatory reports and initiatives within the American Bar Association (ABA) related to financial regulation and digital assets.

Lautaro is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and participates in several initiatives of the ABA Section of International Law, where he currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers Interest Network.
