Rodolfo A. Chiesa graduated as attorney at Universidad del Salvador in 1976.
He began his career in 1977 and focused on commercial, corporate and banking law, business collaboration contracts and shareholders’ agreements.
As a specialist in reorganization and bankruptcy, Rodolfo has participated as lawyer in different Class “A” Audit firms since 1990.
In judicial matters, he has acted in proceedings before the National Supreme Court and civil and commercial jurisdictions.
Rodolfo was advisor of Forja Argentina S.A. – a state owned company of the Ministry of Defense (1978-1990), lawyer of Banco Regional Patagónico S.A. (1989-1990), legal advisor of the Board of Directors of Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (1987-1989), Legal advisor of the Municipality of Avellaneda (1989-1990) and Chief of advisors of the Cabinet of the General Clerk’s office of the Ministry of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires (2005-2012).
